In 2005 The State of Ohio Department of Public Safety engaged Eagle to assist 18 counties in Northwest Ohio improve preparedness for potential Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI). Eagle facilitated a process with the Regional Medical Response System Coordinators, Hospitals, County EMA Agencies, Police, Fire and EMS Providers and other first responders. This team identified the most likely Mass Casualty Incidents, and specified necessary supplies for first responders. Eagle procured these supplies and customized a 24′ trailer to allow for rapid deployment to the scene of an emergency. Interagency protocols for activation and ongoing maintenance of this asset were developed.
