Eagle Training Portal (1 year)

The Eagle Training Portal is a web-based platform which assists TPAs in automating training compliance documentation.  (The training portal is configured by Eagle Consulting and will be made available approximately 2 weeks after sale.  Up to 50 employees can be loaded in the portal, additional users are $15/year.)

HIPAA Training Video

The 45-minute training video (delivered automatically from the portal) is designed for the “rank and file” third-party administrator employee and focuses on the most important compliance information.  It is designed to teach the most relevant policy information to the staff.

HIPAA Test and Training Certification

After completing the video training, the portal makes the full policies available to users who can then read the dozen or so most important pages.  Once this is complete, a test is presented and those who complete the program are awarded a HIPAA training certificate.  Finally, users attest that they have been given the policies, that they understand them, and that they agree to follow them.  Record of this attestation is made to the staff.
