Meaningful Use
Eagle provides regular articles about Meaningful use and updates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We also provide analysis, recommendations, and links to supporting documents to help our clients stay up on rules and requirements, including the Objectives and Measures for Meaningful Use — 2015-2017 — you can download at right (PDF).
The Meaningful Use program will fragment on 1/1/2017. Physicians who participate in the Medicare version of Meaningful Use will instead participate in the “Advancing Care Information” component of the MIPS Program. The existing Meaningful Use rules and programs will continue for hospitals and physician practices who participate under the Medicaid Meaningful Use program.
